木管楽器本来の甘く柔らかく繊細な音色で全編ケルト音楽を奏でる新境地サクソフォンソロアルバム。ジャズやフュージョンスタイルではなく音色の美しさ・透明感に特化したクラシカルサクソフォンのスタイルで演奏されることでケルト音楽の哀愁漂う旋律に磨きがかかり、独自の音楽へと昇華。ギターとブズーキによる絶妙のバッキングは、tricolorやO'phan、そしてJohn John Festivalでお馴染みの中村大史。誰もが知っている「マイ・ボニー」や「スカボロフェア」といった曲から、John John Festivalが得意としていたSetなどアイリッシュ/ケルトの伝統曲、そしてオリジナル曲まで聴く度にサクソフォンの音色に引き込まれる美しさとやさしさに溢れるアルバムです。
